DESCRIPTION:Ovo će biti lagan događaj\, više kao igra i istraživanje sebe\, svojih uverenja\, programa i svesti. \nJedinstveno putovanje kroz autentični pokret\, dodir kao vid komunikacije\, kakao ceremoniju kao oblik prisutnosti u ovde i sada\, zvuk i ples kao vid izražaja. \nKroz vođeni proces\, otvaramo prostor za istraživanje senzacija\, emocija\, prisutnosti\, ljubavi i uzemljenja. Ovaj događaj je prilika da kroz Bliss stanje dublje upoznate sebe\, povežete se sa telom i srcem i oslobodite se blokada kroz svesno kretanje i unutrašnji rad. \nKad? 14 Septembar 2025. \nKako? Događaj traje četiri sata i prolazi kroz više faza: \nOtvaranje prostora – Kreiramo siguran prostor kroz zajedničku tišinu i prisutnost kao najviši oblik molitve i davanje namere kroz srce kao antenu koja direktno priča sa kosmosom i Bogom u nama i oko nas\, svesno disanje i ritual povezivanja\, davanja prava pripadanja svakom učesniku u polju i prostoru\, prepoznavanja božanskog u sebi i drugima. \nKakao ceremonija – Uz ceremonialni kakao\, produbljujemo unutrašnji kontakt i otvaramo srce. \nAutentični pokret i neverbalna komunikacija – Istražujemo pokret kao način izražavanja i oslobađanja tenzija\, koristeći dodir kao podršku u prisutnosti. Kroz dodir kao vid komunikacije istražujemo šta znači „da“\, a šta znači „ne“\, učeći na taj način šta su naše lične granice i na koji način kreiramo film o našem životu u našim glavama. \nZvuk i ples – Kroz vibracije instrumenata i muziku\, dopuštamo telu da se slobodno izrazi u ritmu sadašnjeg trenutka. \nIntegracija i zatvaranje – Uzemljujemo iskustvo kroz refleksiju i meditaciju. \nZa koga? Za sve koji žele da prodube kontakt sa sobom\, istraže pokret i senzacije\, oslobode emocije i dožive povezanost kroz vođeni proces. Nije potrebno prethodno iskustvo\, samo otvorenost i spremnost da se prepustite. \nŠta ako…? \nNemam iskustva sa plesom ili pokretom? – Ovo nije klasična plesna radionica; pokret dolazi iznutra\, autentičan i spontan\, bez pravila i očekivanja. \nOsećam nelagodu zbog dodira? – Svaki dodir je poziv\, a ne obaveza. Sve se dešava uz svesnu saglasnost i poštovanje ličnih granica. \nNe pijem kakao? – Možete prisustvovati ceremoniji i koristiti je kao meditativno iskustvo\, bez konzumacije kakaa. \nCena učešća je 40 eura i polovina se plaća unapred kako bi rezervisali Vaše mesto. This event is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself\, your body\, and your heart through the Bliss state and to release blockages through conscious movement and inner work. \nWhen?September 14 \, 2025 \nHow?The event lasts four hours and moves through several phases: \nOpening the Space – We create a safe space through shared silence and presence\, the highest form of prayer\, and setting an intention from the heart as an antenna that speaks directly with the cosmos and the divine within and around us. Conscious breathing\, a ritual of connection\, granting belonging to each participant in the space\, and recognizing the divine in ourselves and others. \nCacao Ceremony – With ceremonial cacao\, we deepen our inner connection and open the heart. \nAuthentic Movement and Nonverbal Communication – We explore movement as a way of expression and releasing tension\, using touch as support in presence. Through touch as a form of communication\, we explore what “yes” and “no” mean\, learning about our personal boundaries and how we create the story of our lives in our minds. \nSound and Dance – Through the vibrations of instruments and music\, we allow the body to express itself freely in the rhythm of the present moment. \nIntegration and Closing – We ground the experience through reflection and meditation. \nWho is this for?For anyone who wants to deepen their connection with themselves\, explore movement and sensations\, release emotions\, and experience connection through a guided process. No prior experience is needed—only openness and a willingness to surrender to the process. \nWhat if…? \nI have no experience with dance or movement? – This is not a traditional dance workshop; movement comes from within\, authentic and spontaneous\, with no rules or expectations. \nI feel uncomfortable with touch? – Every touch is an invitation\, not an obligation. Everything happens with conscious consent and respect for personal boundaries. \nI don’t drink cacao? – You can still attend the ceremony and use it as a meditative experience without consuming cacao. \nParticipation fee: €40\, with half paid in advance to reserve your spot.
